One flat fee. No add-ons. Price includes unlimited members and multiple user roles. Includes a 2-hour training session to familiarize Board members and pool employees with the platform. Web-based. Can be used on any computer or laptop with internet connectivity. Supports cashless “Bill to Account” for clubs that offer this feature.

Member Account Database

We’ll import your member data for you. After that, you control how much information your members can add, edit or delete in their profiles.

Front Desk Check-in & Photo Verification

Shows member payment status, member photos and enables guest pass purchases. For clubs that use ID cards, we support barcode scanning.

Online Payment Processing

Members can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, e-check or check. Clubs can choose to pass processing fees through to their members, or not.

Customized and exportable reports

Create member account and financial reports the way you need to see them. Filter by date, payment type, fee type and more. All data is exportable to .csv

Guest Tracking and Payment

Guests are tracked by name and host. Guest passes may be purchased in advance by logging in to the member’s account,  or at the front desk.

Automated Waitlist Management

Potential members apply directly from your website. Application fees, bond payments and member dues are managed online.

Bulk Email Communication

Send branded emails directly from your site. Create segments to reach specific groups within your membership (e.g. paid members only, waitlist applicants, etc.) Data is automatically synced when members update information in their account.
