And with our new expanded support resources for your team, you can learn the platform at your pace on your timeline. After you’ve finished with our online resources, we offer a live training consult with an actual person before you launch.

Supported Implementation from Onboarding Training and Beyond

After signing on, we provide numerous learning resources to keep your current team up-to-speed and supply future board members ready-to-go tools so that they can hit the ground running at the beginning of the season.

We offer an Onboarding training video series designated by the plan level you select when signing on. These broad tutorials are for new teams in advance of your live training consult. Study the overviews before you learn the individual pieces of your separate day to day board roles. We catch everyone up with the platform before you begin.

We’ve also built a robust collection of solution articles available in our Knowledge Base located on the Support page on our website. The Knowledge Base is designed to cover all basic elements of your Member Splash system.

We also created Member Splash University – Role Based Courses, our collection of video lessons will walk you through exactly how to use the platform to manage the tasks according to your role at the club. This series is a follow-up to our Onboarding video series and designed as a continuing education resource.

In addition, we offer dedicated Merchant Account Professionals for your club account. Our merchant account experts at Authorize.net are on call 24/7 to set you up and be there when you need them—you have an actual human being/professional to answer your questions with a direct number and email!
