With a background in professional development and association management Melanie has been involved in every aspect of the business over the years. She’s now primarily behind the scenes taking care of back office business. Hobbies include keeping her and Jamie’s young children alive.

Katelyn steps into the role of Chief Technical Officer, leveraging her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering alongside her military experience and extensive certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, CEH, CISSP). Katelyn is focused on driving technical innovation, building scalable solutions, and fostering a high-performance, high-tech culture. Her leadership plays a pivotal role in steering our company’s technology strategy and ensuring long-term success in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Dustin Brennan
Dustin brings over a decade of experience in technical support and team management, complemented by leadership and discipline honed during his military service.
As the new Support Team Lead at Member Splash, he is committed to delivering a seamless, customer-focused support experience and empowering his team to excel.
Dustin is adept at navigating complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within the support team.
Collen Hove
Collen comes to Member Splash with a strong foundation in Web Development, DevOps, and Technical Support, backed by a Computer Science degree. He is known for resolving complex issues with precision and enhancing site performance and he is passionate about leveraging technical expertise to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. He is dedicated to continuous learning and adapting to the latest industry trends to provide top-notch support and innovative solutions.
Dominik Stamer
Dominik is a seasoned full-stack developer with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. He is committed to driving innovation, developing high-quality solutions, and collaborating with teams on complex technical projects. As a member of Member Splash, he focuses on solving technical challenges and contributing to the improvement of the platform and overall business success.
Katie Dalziel
A Member Splash customer turned team member, with a background in hospitality technology sales and account management, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. Most weekends you’ll find her on a sports field sideline or completing a DIY project.
Erik Wurster
Erik brings over 20 years of experience in Account Management, Sales & Marketing Team Development, and Client Relations for leading Fortune 500 companies in hospitality, retail, and real estate. He deeply understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to our customers and their members, drawing from his background as a former Club Swimmer and Division 1 Water Polo player. In his free time, Erik enjoys family time, coaching and cheering on his 4 kids in their sports endeavors, and occasional family getaways.
Erin Wurster
Erin joins us with a background in hospitality, real estate office administration and project coordination. Working with the team to help solve client problems is where she thrives! In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and watching her 4 kids play sports. She loves to volunteer as the "team mom" or in her kids’ classrooms as well.
