With a background in professional development and association management Melanie has been involved in every aspect of the business over the years. She’s now primarily behind the scenes taking care of back office business. Hobbies include keeping her and Jamie’s young children alive.
Katie Dalziel
A Member Splash customer turned team member, with a background in hospitality technology sales and account management, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. Most weekends you’ll find her on a sports field sideline or completing a DIY project.
Katelyn Pauley
Katelyn joins us as our accomplished Director of Support Operations. Bringing with her a Computer Science and Engineering Bachelor’s degree, coupled with certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, CEH, CISSP), Katelyn is committed to fostering collaboration and high performance through strategic leadership and team empowerment. She implements scalable frameworks for sustained growth in the dynamic customer support landscape.
Erik Wurster
Erik brings over 20 years of experience in Account Management, Sales & Marketing Team Development, and Client Relations for leading Fortune 500 companies in hospitality, retail, and real estate. He deeply understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to our customers and their members, drawing from his background as a former Club Swimmer and Division 1 Water Polo player. In his free time, Erik enjoys family time, coaching and cheering on his 4 kids in their sports endeavors, and occasional family getaways.
Erin Wurster
Erin joins us with a background in hospitality, real estate office administration and project coordination. Working with the team to help solve client problems is where she thrives! In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and watching her 4 kids play sports. She loves to volunteer as the "team mom" or in her kids’ classrooms as well.
