WordPress Technical Support Specialist

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier support to our valued customers.

Member Splash is a recreational facility management platform that offers a suite of tools for automating member registrations, payments, front desk check-ins, class and team registrations, facility reservations and much, much more. We serve customers throughout the US and are expanding rapidly. We are based in Southern California with a distributed team here and abroad. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through our support ticket system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and technical issues regarding our platform, WordPress, and Gravity Forms.
  • Assist customers with MySQL queries, PHP, CSS, and integration with third-party platforms like Zapier and MailChimp.
  • Provide clear and concise responses in written communication.
  • Collaborate with our development team to escalate and prioritize customer issues.
  • Proactively identify and recommend solutions to common customer challenges.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, particularly the Gravity Forms plugin and its associated add-ons.
  • Proficiency in MySQL queries, PHP, and CSS.
  • Experience with third-party platforms such as Zapier and MailChimp.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in technical customer support or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Possess a commitment to continuous learning and development of your technical knowledge and skillset
