Adding Member Splash to an Existing MailChimp Account
For most new Member Splash clients we set up the MailChimp account for your club. Some pools, however, already have a MailChimp account. In that case you can simply grant Member Splash access to the account so that we can connect it to your member data and assist with any custom segments or other things you might need.
The steps to do so are:
1. Log into your MailChimp account, click on the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen next to your avatar and choose Account.
2. On the account screen choose Settings -> Users.
3. On the users page click Invite a User. In the email address field put email@example.com. For the User Type select Admin. Click the checkbox next to I’m not a robot and then hit Send Invite.
