At Member Splash we’ve always focused developing our platform to address the challenges of Swim Clubs.
In March of 2020, we were increasingly fielding questions from our clubs who were suddenly faced with the most challenging of situations – the global pandemic of Covid-19 and the inherent dangers of public gatherings. Many states began mandating social distancing and eventually established rules and phases for re-opening.

- Set different schedules and capacity limits.
- Set reservation limits for how many times members can make reservations in a given time period.

- Administrators and staff can create reservations for members.
- Ability to limit reservations to paid members only.
Members
- Simply log onto their Member Splash account, select which facility they want to book – e.g. lap lane – and browse the visual calendar for available time slots.
- Booking is easy for an individual or for the entire family.
- Your members can book as many slots as you allow either on a per-day or per-week basis.
- Members can view/edit their upcoming reservations and past reservations, too!
- Members get an email confirmation with the click of a button.
